I set out this morning with several things on my list. Among them, a visit to Aldi’s and a truck inspection. As I turned into Aldi’s, I saw the shiny new Jeep/Dodge etc dealership. I checked with the service dept about doing an inspection and the new service manager, Jeremy, grabbed a tech from the shop who took my truck in right away. 30 minutes later I was done and on to the next list item. The service department is full of knowledgeable and friendly individuals. This is the only place that I go for sales and service.

Great service! Brought my personal vehicle here which had multiple issues. They diagnosed and fixed each problem in record time. The mechanics are knowledgeable and quick to assess your problems. This is a great place for Veterans and First Responders who may have limited time and multiple responsibilities. We bring our business vehicles here constantly and we trust the guys in the service department. Last but not least, come see Ms V. The mechanics bring the service, and she brings the smile.

Bought my 2025 Ram 1500 Limited this week from here. Bryan was my salesman and Chris was the finance guy. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The dealership is new and very modern. Very clean and inviting. Vehicles do not have those silly markups aka addendums, for cheap window tint, Lojack, paint and fabric protection, etc. Bryan is one of the most knowledgeable salesman I’ve ever came across. We brought our Gladiator to the service department recently and the service team provided excellent service. We tried another service department for the issue we were having and it was a 10 day wait! We got in immediately with Hillsborough and can't thank them enough!!

The service centers does great work. I have several vehicles that I use to transport Orange County senior citizens to and from many of our local hospitals and care facilities. We were in the market for a mid sized SUV. We looked at a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a 4Runner. By shear accident, we decided to test drive a Dodge Durango RT. Odd to be writing this because I haven't actually gone in for service just yet. That said--I used to be all in Sport Durst Jeep---well no longer. Had a horrible experience trying to get serviced today for an issue with lift gate on an under warranty Compass. Left and called Hillsborough. Spoke to Adam in service. Took our jeep here as we had a fuel issue . The diagnosis was quick and the turn around time to get our jeep back repaired was even faster . Extremely satisfied with the service here compared to another shop that wasn’t able to diagnose the issue. We will be taking both of our vehicles here going forward.

I was contacted about warranty work on my 2003 Jeep. I was informed of several recalls and made an appointment to have the repairs done. The staff was friendly and kept me informed while they waited in parts. They finished the repairs earlier than expected and got me back on the road. Couldn’t be happier with the service!

Was greeted when I first arrived! Very professional service department and love the new location and building. I highly recommend the service department for all your jeep needs. They have a nice reception area, with complimentary coffee and water. Also work stations if you have to work while you wait.

I scheduled an appointment to have my 2023 Jeep Gladiator serviced and had made plans to leave my vehicle with them for service because I figured it would take a while based off of previous experiences with another Jeep dealership but boy was I wrong. Before I could get back to my office Scott was calling to tell me my truck was ready. I was like wow!! I highly recommend these guys. Scott and all the guys in the service department are very friendly and you can tell they value your business. 5 stars from me!

Very satisified with the service I received at Hillsborough Chrysler Jeep Dodge. The battery heater - a key component of the hybrid system on my Pacifica Hybrid - broke. I was able to make an appointment at HCJDR the next morning. They diagnosed the problem, had the part on hand (I've heard of others who had to wait 3+ weeks for this part), and performed the repair same day (about a 6 hour job). All covered under the warranty. Highly recommend this dealership for servicing your car.
